These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the rly? mobile app (the “App”) from Two Palms Software LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use rly?

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. Our Content

The questions, design, and everything else in the App belong to Two Palms Software LLC. We give you a personal, non-commercial license to use the App. You may not copy, resell, or republish the questions or the App.

3. Purchases

rly? is free to download. If we offer paid features, the price is shown before you buy, and payment and refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Apple

These Terms are in addition to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Palms Software LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.
